At CopperBroc we are committed to ensuring your safety as well as the safety of our cleaning team. We have implemented an enhanced cleaning protocol between each changeover and will provide sanitising hand wash as well as 70% alcohol hand sanitiser for your use during your stay. We ask that you wash your hands for 20 seconds with hot water and sanitising soap regularly.
We have updated our cancellation policy to include the following amendments should COVID-19 affect your reservation:
- Should you or anyone in your party develop symptoms of COVID-19 within 2 weeks of the start of your reservation, you can request to change your reservation (without penalty) to a future date subject to availability and no later than 6 months after the original reservation date. If you have no option but to cancel the reservation you must provide documentation with proof of a positive COVID-19 test result in order to receive a full refund, otherwise our standard cancellation & refund policy will apply.
- If you or anyone in your party develop symptoms of COVID-19 while staying at CopperBroc, you MUST inform the owners immediately by telephone or email and follow the protocol set out in the house manual. You will be required to vacate the property immediately in order to self-isolate/quarantine at home according to the guidelines set by the Scottish/UK Government.
- Should the Scottish Government mandate further lockdown restrictions due to a spike or second wave of COVID-19 infection which would affect your reservation and ability to travel to CopperBroc, you will receive a full refund as these are classed as extenuating circumstances and are completely outwith your control.
